Returns/ Exchanges and Cancellation are subject to the following:
We have 1 day- return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a returns.
Return is accepted only if the product is defective or different from what is shown in the picture. Opening video of package is mandatory for any claim.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the product returning process, please follow these steps:
1. Send an e-mail to pratibhasareesjaipur@gmail.com requesting to return of the product. Use subject line as “Product Return” for the same.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. The amount of return delivery will be borne by the customer.
4. The amount of money of the returned product will be refunded to the customer in credit points or transferred to the original payment mode as per customer’s choice.
Credit points can be used to buy products as soon as they are credited to customers account.
